Change Management

We make sure that the strategies' implementation of our customers properly adopted by their workgroups, developing the required competences for the newly defined processes.

The Change Management services offer includes:

  • Definition of the Change Management strategy, identifying the teams involved, as well as any barriers that could cause any problems in the development of the strategy.
  • Development of communication and training programs (technical and managerial), to make sure that every person involved is acquainted with the strategy and the development of the competences required for its implementation.
  • Consultancy in the implementation of Competence-based models, from the definition of the positions required for the correct implementation of the strategy or solution, to assessment and performance measuring models.
  • Development of Technical and Managerial Competences through training programs, specifically designed for our customers.
  • Development of Rapid E-Learning courses to ease the training.
