Intellego shares its vision to increase enterprises efficiency
The speaker was none other than Darryl Wilburn, one of the leaders of Toyota Motor Manufacturing’s highest profile development program.
México City, July 1st, 2009.- Intellego, leader in business solutions and consulting services in information technologies, shared with major enterprises in Mexico, its vision of efficiency and the way some organizations can improve continuously to enhance efficiency and profitability, during a business diner.
Darryl Wilburn explained the attendees the importance and impact of the best practices that allow enterprises to lead processes to enhance efficiency and to develop the required skills in the different workgroups to implement efficiency in the short and long terms.
With more than 15 years of leadership, process improvement and organizational development experience, Darryl Wilburn is known by his wise moves in Toyota such as leading the Toyota Way implementation in 2001 (Toyota core principles) in the largest Toyota’s manufacturing plant in North America. He also worked with the Toyota Institute in Japan to develop the Toyota Business Practice, leading at the same time, the global pilot of this program, as well as the sessions for top managers in North America. Darryl also acted as internal leadership tutor and lead to the assimilation of the new-in-Toyota.
